Yes, on paid plans from Starter. The page is asked for its dark theme, and for sites that only ship a light one, a dark stylesheet is applied for it. Images can be inverted too.
Lazy loading, yes: a full-page capture scrolls through the page first, so images and sections that load on scroll are in the picture, and the scroll can be slowed down for heavy pages. A feed that keeps loading forever has no bottom to reach, so capture its first screen or a single section instead.
Usually, yes. The Internet Archive's Wayback Machine has kept copies of most public sites for years. Our free website history tool lists the copies it holds for each year, and on the Pro plan the API screenshots them for you, one image per year or month.
